Details

Check in and registration will be held in the main lobby of the lodge. Please have email confirmation and photo ID ready. All guests can check in as early as Sunday after 3pm. Main check in will Monday from 7am - 6pm. Be sure to make travel arrangements accordingly as the conference officially starts Monday evening after dinner. We look forward to seeing you all!

We reserve the right to refuse service or admission to any individual for any reason

REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the fact that the meal plan is already payed for and based on a strict head count. If your travel plans have been impacted by Covid-19, a partial refund of $179 will be honored. Please request your refund as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the event. All refunds will be returned to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase.
